Did she ever say if it was the line or phone system itself? Telos seems to provide some magnificent systems that peaked my interest. I spoke with someone with a few questions pretty quick. I don’t see their tech support slacking.

The fact that she could go on but is choosing not to may wake some of them up. They gave her a lot of margin for grieving, but this just looks like unwillingness to show up for work.

Any software can get out of whack, but I don’t buy it being Telos fault from lack of contact. They seem to have a very good response.
