Tim....apparently nobody over there actually LISTENED to Dave's show with Crystal on.  So now they are saying Crystal Gayle is so DUMB that she could be fooled into making statements to an internet talk show host?  This is such a bogus effort in HW's part!  If MITD (the show name i mean) belongs to HW, then why isn't she still using it?  I'm sure Crystal and her multi-million dollar publishing companies do not mind the double exposure from both shows.  It doesn't hurt Crystal at all.  And as an aside, please HW, produce PROOF that Art GAVE YOU ANYTHING!  You will end up in a court room with no proof of ownership on ANYTHING Art-related.  Can't say it any more clearly, folks.

There is no such thing as rights to use a song.
Crystal gave her blessing - while it does create some warm and fuzzies it really is meaningless.
There are 2 other writers, she has no say over how their portion is used.
She probably has no say on her own portion since a publishing company probably controls those.
Any radio station can play MITD, it is a commercially available song.

I've read that WCET 101.7 is a FCC approved microstation. I don't have a clue what that means.

High point is too although, with that wattage, I don't see a tri-state coverage unless the transmitter is spitting distance from the border.
