There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

From the Library of Congress, 1919.

                         What Will Mrs. Thompson Say?

Here is a good question from the summer of 1919.  You can make two guesses, but no more than that, otherwise you will get a zero.  Here is the answer:

Drink a glass of (blank) about
twice a day.  This is considered very
good as a tonic.

Lemonade
Tea with Honey

Buttermilk!  As much as I'd like to give everyone who said milk some points, I just can't because the difference between regular milk and buttermilk is as different as night and day.  The point amount is doubled again.  The next quiz will be worth (gasp) 160 points.

Drat.  I'm so sorry I missed this one.  I would have a great answer for drinking vs recipes with buttermilk, lol. ;) :D

Wow,  the great 1919 run on buttermilk.  This must have been CocaCola's biggest foe.
