You can bet that Dietrich's latest medical issues are total BS. If any deformation due to a "botched" rhinoplasty/sinoplasty had occurred, Dietrich would have retained photographic evidence. Dietrich posted one or two Asian Cosplay photos/drawings as "thumbnails" as evidence claiming they were actually of himself.
He now claims his recovery has been remarkable due to the "nanobots" in his "nanoplasmonic blood" He made no further mention of his appointment to the CA DMV to renew his State identification card and photo. (He has never had a CA Driver's license).
