Inferring that I am not the "boss of ME"?  I really feel like I am. Pretty sure although I'm not a napper because I like to pack it all in while the sun is down.  I do the decaf because unlike normal coffee it doesn't create an adrenaline debt and has negative (sluggish) effects on my workouts. This could mean that I have not yet mastered the art of being me but I'm pretty sure  I am. Hmm

Just a second, gonna try a quick nap right now as I had really strong coffee today between 3-4 pm. Hold on..

……………………………………………….   time elapsed 46 minutes...….  Ahhh  that was good! I feel very refreshed after a 46 minute nap. I am now ready to take on the rest of my evening as the BOSS OF MEeeee!

Love ya, PolkaDot, but not so.  Commercial meat is murdered before it's purchased and consumed.   It's not the comsumer's fault that they're programmed to consider meat products the same as anything else off the shelf at a supermarket.  That's why when I say grace prior to consuming a meal, I give thanks to the animal for giving it's life, and honor it for it's sacrifice.  Yes, it sounds silly, corny, or whatever, but I do it.

This is a ridiculous statement. If you choose to consume something that was once alive then you’ve chosen to either kill it or have it killed. There’s no magic fairy dust that changes that. It’s not programming, it’s a lack of logical thought. You kill it by buying it.
