Hey Bart,

Any thoughts on the Freedom Ship?  I first heard about this project right around the time where the British's 99 year lease on Hong Kong was expiring and would be handed back to China's control. A great many wealthy Hong Kong people wanted to get out before the transfer of power and many were interested in the Freedom ship. The idea was to build a ginormous ship - over a mile long, with an airport and a forest on top, a harbor in the back of the ship and pack it with condos and shops. It would then slowly cruise around the Earth:

It has been forever and still no Freedom Ship - I think the dude behind it, Norman Nixon has since died. Will she ever set sail? The price list for units has not been updated since January 2018. I am beginning to fear the worst.

Also there is a Freedom Ship thong available in their online store.  Is it hot or not?

I remember when we used to call it the French Ship.

That looks like the kind of thong that would partially cover a hairy bush.

I am a huge fan of fire and get tempted to burn my house down whenever we talk about moving.
It is easier than packing.

My sentiments exactly.

Being this is an 'ask' thread, how many times have you moved in your lifetime?

Not an easy one to answer, @ShayP .
I lived in dozens of places but I only really moved once.

When I was 18 I moved to LA but only had a suitcase with me.
Less than 2 years later a good career thing happened and I was able to buy a house on Stern Ave in Sherman Oaks.
I am pretty sure I chose that house over the one on Colbath because of Howard Stern.
I never really bought anything for the place because...
Less than 9 months after that a bad career thing happened so I had to switch gears.
I put the few items I had into storage and decided to rent out that house as I would be travelling for about 45 weeks every year.
Over the next decade or so I lived in Berlin, Cologne, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Las Vegas, New York and then Bern.
I only had a suitcase or two of things to move from each of those so they were painless.
I ended up switching gears again and started living in the Sherman Oaks house.
That went on for a few years and then we made the first move where I actually had to pack.
There will be one more move in the next few years and that is the one that may include fire.
Lots of fire.

Sherman Oaks?  How close were you to sNorway and the Premrat Headquarters.  Jimmy Church, too.

Jimmy Church... I’m actually starting to miss him, with Connie “Chuckles The Clown” Willis on the loose.

I predicted Jimmy Church would be gone from C2C in 2020 and working at the 7-Eleven on the corner of Stern and Ventura.
I also predicted Eddie Van Halen would die in 2020.

Bart,

With all that moving around you did, it would seem you did a great deal of flying. Ever seen any thing like this?

Damn. @Bart Ell  You've been around.  Seems like a hell of an experience.   I've moved an entire household (or apartment) seven times.  One more move will be the last and there may be fire.

Nope.
I was in a plane that got hit my lightning, though.
It hit one wing and then a blue glow came through the fuselage and exited the other wing.
The plane began dropping and people were screaming about dying.
I sat in my seat and enjoyed the show and wanted to do it all over again once things leveled off.
Quite the rush.
I believe it gave me happy pants.

I could never do seven without at least 5 fires.

Bart,

According to artflow.ai your likenesses vary dramatically as to whether your formal name is used or not. Which one is more accurate?
