They were going to put one in over in Efland, NC but a bunch of concerned citizens protested and got it shutdown. Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing but leaning towards bad thing. Any freeway stop that has six guys pumping out tacos while wearing stupid hats can not be too bad, can it?

While it looks great superficially, I am not convinced it was prepared properly.  There are a set of instructional videos out there that may help - search for "Cooking with Slobbo" and check out the pressure cooker ones specifically.

I hear Bourdain killed himself after watching that series.
