I talk LIVE to real people who play different types of hockey.   I have a habit of saying ICE Hockey and or STREET hockey. It is one of my faults.

My local NHL team always sucks after the Christmas Holidays. Hearing a loss is less painful on the radio.

Well now you're making me feel bad.  BTW who is your NHL team? They always suck after Christmas? Maybe they were bad boys and Santa brought them coal so their playing while bitter and disgruntled.

@Bart Ell I am old. I enjoy seeing some aggression on the ice.  Watching players wearing helmets is not fun for me. I used to recognize players by their hair cuts/styles.
However, I am not a nit wit. I understand and accept concussions are a real and potentially life impacting injury.

They are really struggling since December. They have to live with the shame that their mascot is getting his job done.

@FISH my three teams are 1. Canucks (I'm a BC boy) 2. Oilers (because) 3. I love the Penguins and have since I was four.  And yeah the Flyers were looking so good...  for awhile. They lost again tonight I believe. So I assume you don't root for the Pens when the Flyers are out?

@Bart Ell  Please may your/our Habs beat Vegas on Saturday!!  It'll be good for the CanNuckleheads.

Enjoying it even more should the Nucks topple the sharks taking top slot pacific which is currently a very congested top four.

Thought the Habs had it at 4-2 with 44 seconds in regulation but I blinked and we were headed to OT.
