4-1 Canucks to clinch 1st place before the break!!  I am quite happy with the white n blue laundry I root for.

I can almost smell the pending riots in the multicultural sewer that is Van-Effing-Couver.

I guess we will see tomorrow. Blackhawks have been struggling all year but they have 4 in a row.  Hope they can make it 5.

That game was over quick. 3-0 before the crowd sat in their seats

@GravitySucks
I am very much looking forward to todays meetup between the Hawks and Jets. I will be thinking of you as you clench your fists and use colorful language quiet enough that only you hear it as the Jets do their thang.  Unless I'm the one doing the swearing and fist clenching.. in which case I'll not post about it.

Don't like Jonathon Toews hair.

@KSM a few years back some social justice warrior tried to make the Blackhawks change their legendary best of all sports iconic logo.  Although one of the proposed designs actualooks kind of cool, I would cry if they caved to the woke culture.

What dew you think?

I used to draw their logos as a kid from memory.  There have subtle changes over the years but basically the same.  Hockey went to shit in 1967.

GS, I really like the 1955. that one is sharp. Woke culture is bunk. I am proudly heavily sedated in the unPC sleeping culture.

When I was in 7th grade I'll admit it - I had a Black Hawks jersey and I wore it all the time. I lasted a day when my parents put me in organized hockey. Didn't go well :-[

@Bart Ell Did you ever hear about the radio DJ who did an ongoing thing called "The Champ"?  I believe he went by, Brother Jake. Funny stuff.

We’re taking the kid to his first Av’s game tomorrow. Is he going to be into it or bored?
We better win.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

Sorry dear but the Avalanche has been more like a rolling turd for some time now. They don't have a lot of Canadian players like the champion St Louis Blues do ;D

He'll like it!!  Report back!!

@Bart Ell Thanks, Champ! Those are good.

Where your seats at?  A lot of people (and I agree) think hockey the best live sport to watch as it translate live better than tv.

The Red Wings are pretty bad this year, so a good chance you guys win. Have fun

Well  GS,  guess I'm eating a little crow on the Jets loss.

Good for Patrick.  Although he is known to be quite the baby amongst some other more gritty players.

I followed the game but didn’t watch it.  If you were to go by the stats. It seems like the Jets played better.  Sort of like winning the popular vote and losing the electoral college.

@ShayP Crosby looking good in his return. Any time the Bruins go down I'm a happy boy.

@KSM  Oh yeah.  I'm very happy.  I hate the Bruins.  Quite frankly I was ready for the season to go into the pits again due to the injuries.  They've held it together.  I don't care for all the flack Murray is getting from the fans.  I know he hasn't been all that good this year but the kid has 2 Cups under his belt and shit happens.  The boos and jeering were embarrassing.  Yeah, Jarry got an All-Star nod but having two good goalies is a nice "problem" to have.  Yinzers are fickle and I always hated that about the fan base.  Rarely do the majority support a struggling player.  I'm the exception though because I am special.  ;D

Mike Sullivan has done an awesome job as coach this year and Malkin is again showing why he is elite.  I'm starting to 'think big' this season but I'm not getting ahead of myself.  I've been hurt before.   :'(  ;)

Agreed on Murray.  Yeah there's room for optimism - we'll see what they look like after the break. My Canuckleheads are top of the pacific and sure as shit will suck rocks two weeks from now!

Hate the break - momentum killer. You see it with baseball too..  they have all the rest of the year off.   grooaan
