Cayden Primeau - Primeau is the son of former NHL player Keith Primeau, and was born in Farmington Hills, Michigan where his family kept an off-season home when Keith played for the Detroit Red Wings earlier in his career.
Primeau and his family moved to Voorhees, New Jersey when he was five months old, after his father got traded to the Philadelphia Flyers in January 2000.
@Bart Ell what do you think about the goalie question?

I would like to know what Petry was thinking.

I would like to know what the STARS was thinking. GREEN glow in the dark looking jerseys. The announcers were so confused.
Saturday night. Watch the Flyers with the sound turned down most of the time. On my phone listen to MONTREAL 690.

This is surprising...

The Penguins are reportedly on the verge of being sold to Fenway Sports Group, the company that owns the Boston Red Sox and the English soccer club Liverpool. The agreement could be finalized by the end of this week, per reports.

Both the Wall Street Journal and Sportico reported Tuesday that Penguins owners Ron Burkle and Mario Lemieux would sell a controlling stake in the team to Fenway Sports Group, which is backed by billionaire Red Sox owner John Henry.

@KSM Flyers may burn, but not LAST NIGHT. OT win for the FLYERS. Kevin Hayes' first goal of the season is for his brother Jimmy who died August 23, 2021.

THANKGOODNESS FOR the NHL/NHLPA player assistance program. Correct @Bart Ell ?
The Hayes Family are not covering up the cause of death for Jimmy. Hayes was found dead at the age of 31 at his Milton, Massachusetts, home on August 23, 2021. A toxicology report later determined fentanyl and cocaine use contributed to his death. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
No MORE deaths due to addiction.

As per the talking heads @ShayP ,  "This transaction is all about money, and getting into the NHL by any means necessary." The Pens do not need to worry about being relocated.  :-X

I'm not concerned about the Pens relocating.  @FISH  It is all about money.  I'm thinking this is more about development in the area.  Real estate.  When Lemieux and his group became owners and wanted to get rid of the Civic Arena, they didn't want to use public funding so they made all sort of development and gaming deals.  Some have not come to fruition because the Yinzers that run this town are idiots.  They are only just starting a project at the old arena site that was promised 20 years ago.

If this sale goes through, Lemieux will still be the face of the ownership and will be able to play more golf.  ::)  Who knows what Burkle will do.  he has other interests outside of the franchise.

Question is...How will the new majority owner group handle a rebuild?  Crosby and the other key cogs to the franchise won't be around much longer.  Yinzers are fickle.  I've seen this team on the edge of leaving town twice in my lifetime.  I'm talking luggage packed and I'm about to board the bus type leaving.  The future may not be so bright.

Keep me posted as this story unfolds. Yes, it is always about money and power.
