Anything to get this thread back in working order.

Bart, bought a birdbath today, not sure where to place it but here it is. Vera is using it as a water dish so I'm doubting birds will be able to partake.

Vera is my giant breed dog..  just sayin' before you get any wise cracks going ;)

Fill it with blood.
Blood bird bath.

@KSM32  Dude.  Put it out in the grass along with a bird feeder.  Then you can sit on your sweet ass deck drinking shitty craft beers and enjoy nature.   :D

 ;)  Cheers man!   8)
@ShayP I'll address the craft beer thing first. You may have the last laugh after all, lately most (not all) give me an "upset tummy" leaving me rather... soupy? Sorry. Don't know what's going on but some of them seem a tad on the rich side and yet they're "high quality" beers :-\  It's ok, I'm primarily a Scotch guy.

So for bird bath you're suggesting this look?  Note, I should have taken the picture from a distance, on the damn main deck.  Either way I think you may be on to something as the green of the lawn compliments the birdybath.

@Bart Ell  Ok but do you have ANY IDEA how long it's going to take me to thaw out the bodies and drain them in a clean fashion all while keeping the epidermis looking pristine and puncture free? You know my OCD acts up in these things!    I'll try your idea but it better work :P

He didn’t ask for the bird’s eye view.

@GravitySucks Groaaannn   Always there to punch me in the arm huh.

We planted yesterday so I didn't want to have all the flower pots etc with nothing to look at. I prefer that flowers be fully realized with atleast three weeks of flourishing and frolicing before any pictures! There, that's the honest opinion. Fucking yard ocd vanity. Happy?

Picture said birdbath in the middle of one of these sections. It will look lonely in the large part so has to have a good place. In the 1st picture it would be to the right of the flower wagon. So where the hell does the flower wagon go now?  It's a whole thing... Exausting.
In picture #2 you'll have to imagine it behind the BBQ.

Just keep it far enough away from the fence that the neighbor’s cat can’t launch to it. You’ll be fine.

If you keep it on the deck, you won't have to trim the grass around it.  Part of the flower wagon could go beneath it.  Clustering can be visually appealing and is not clutter.  Good night.

Nice yard, deck.  The planter boxes are thriving.  You must have a green thumb.👍🏻

@Robert I always thought he was faking it. If he wasn't, it was a very minor affliction..  If handicap was real.. Leno wouldn't have ever hired the stooge as the TS announcer.

@KSM32  Yep, that's it.  On the right track indeed.  Regarding the beer...I keep trying them when offered.  The last one was during the NFL Draft.  Me and a friend were out doing 'bro stuff' watching the draft, swilling beer, being creepy to the waitress.  He drinks the crafts.  I try one every time.  I have no idea how people can actually swallow this stuff.  What I tasted gave me the feeling of swallowing chocolate flavored kerosene.  Ugh.  Still haven't found one I liked.  I'll take the piss water domestic stuff or some real deal English or German beers.

Oh.  Are you putting up a feeder to accompany the bird bath.  Regardless, don't take Sofia's suggestion of moving anything to the deck.  Like Gravity said, "It you want bird shit on the deck, well then yeah."

@ShayP 'real deal English and German beers" YES!! :)

No bird feeder. Just the bath for looks and a glorified dog water bowl ;) Can't say I'm a fan of some of the birds in the neighborhood. every year we have this woodpecker that mounts himself on the chimney top between 5-7 AM as he goes to town nailing on it and it is heard throughout the house. I head out in my housecoat with the pellet gun and..  what an asshole, I hate the bastard.

@Bluejay Thanks!  I'm forced to have a bit of a green thumb especially when it comes to my lawns. We've had lawn competitions on our street for seven years now and I've won twice. Second and third place every other time >:(  10 -14 entries each year.
