Due to a cold I've had to take 10 days off. No lifting or training of any variety whatsoever. Yesterday was my first day back and I did Bi's and Back BART!! Today I trained Pecs, Tri's, and delts BART!!  Tomorrow is leg day BART!

Any problems with that BART!!?

It is the first day of Pride Month so you doing a bi or two in preparation seems fitting.

@Bart Ell i hope that is not you doing that terrible cover of “You Don’t Own Me” that on some commercial.  Like many other revisions of old songs, it completely misses the angst of the song.

Not me but most ad agencies ask for vanilla.
