I have lead guitar tracks to do tomorrow. I HAVE a paper-cut on my left index fingertip. This fine cut runs right to left allowing the strings to fit right into the flesh groove causing great discomfort, but still I try..

Bard, yesterday at about 5:30 PM I heard a swoosh-coughing sound. Looked over to the room that is my gym) and there was Vera at the door where the carpet meets the wood. She had tossed her cookies on the edge of the carpet. She is very big and eats big food. GIANT BREED food in fact. This made for a bad mess as she had eaten this full bowl of food about 8 hours earlier so it was hardly solid, but not yet liquified. Like a lumpy mush. Big pile. I suspect the new cookies from Costco are too rich for her. This morning I woke up to messes from the other end by the front door. She was all sheepish. I told her things were fine and that it wasn't her fault. All seems to be normal now but I think just for fun that I might induce vomiting on her bed later. You know, just for fun.

Dearest Bart,
I've caught a nasty cold. Like stay in bed with the covers over my head kind of cold. Not sure how I caught it... but after several days of skiing all day followed by apri-ski drinks every day at 3:30 until waaaaay too late and eating out for all my meals...my body was not up to fighting it. Today I'm feeling much better but still not up to facing the world, so I decided to visit Spite Board today...it's like a mini world but I don't have to get dressed or run the risk of accidentally sliming anyone during a coughing/sneezing fit. Thanks for the mini world! Tomorrow I'll be ready to shower and enter the real world...maybe....
