On Friday past I made up my grocery list. I was craving sandwiches for some reason, so I wrote down my list of all the items I would need from turkey, HAM, lettuce and a few other things as well as some good bread of course. I was so happy heading home to enjoy a delicious soup & sandwich lunch. Like, yummy! Well.. Fuck Me, upon emptying the grocery bags I realized that I forgot to grab the loaf of bread. So there I was in my kitchen using colorful language. Vera's head was crooked side to side as she was trying to figure out what I was saying.  So now I'm like now what!  Just soup for lunch? But AHH, I remembered that I had hamburger buns in the freezer. GOOD ONES TOO! Egg buns! My lunch was lovely. Fantastic, Bart. Boy I tell ya' though I was hopping mad there for a bit.

..and I know that, PB. But I wanted a sammich! My abs are in no danger of being covered in a layer of useless flesh so I want what I want. But yes, I COULD have had a lettuce wrap. I also purchased one of those transparent plastic containers of chocolate chip cookies at the bakery section. You know the ones. You see them at Costco and other places. They were divine. I ate 19 on day one and devoured the other 7-ish yesterday. Cholate chip cooks never see a day 3 at my place. I'm like Hitler to them! they must be purged from the earth.

On an unrelated note, I went to Trader Joe's today, as I walked to the truck most of the fat people who had finished shopping before me were sitting in their cars, tearing into their snacks...

And here I thought it was just low metabolism and big bones.

I do open the container before heading home and gobble one or two down. I put the bottoms of the cookies together like a chocolate chip cookie UFO. Double the joy. Fuck it's so good.

Recently bought some thick cut bacon, sausage links, and a bag of Yukon Golds. I make my own hashbrown breakfast hash with the bacon and cut up sausage tossed in to the tato mixture. Also add onion, red and green pepper with great seasonings such as chili powder, smoky paprika and the usual S&P. 3 sunny-sides on top and party on Garth!
