He believes you have -3 chromosomes.
That does not mean you have 3 fewer than a normal brained person, it means he feels you were made with 3 chromosomes that come from something other than a human.
When I asked for clarification he mentioned that he does not believe those 3 are from a higher life form.
He thinks one may be from a toad, one from a fragment of dinosaur scat that defrosted sometime in the 1960s and the third comes from a piece of Hubba Bubba spit out by a 3 tooth inbred porcupine.
He also said he believes your story about being in the air force.
He thinks you were a crash test dummy for them.
They were not worried about brain damage because, you know, you can't damage something that is not there.
