Ok, I've figured it out.

If you make a bowl of egg drop soup, hardwire it to your modem, call your mom in safe mode, cut yourself with a Swiss army knife, press F1-Control-Delete - you may be able to access this site.

If you use firefox and or chrome. Use avast dns. If you use it, you can get to this site.

Or just use TOR in the first place.

Still can't log in with my phone.  Had the same problem with my laptop, using the same access point.  Fired up the TOR browser, and presto, I can pinch PB's ass again.

I'm also on Xfinity.  Today I tried a VPN, that worked.

TL can't get through on VPN or any other method. I'm not sure if Juan has tried the VPN method but I did email him about trying it.
