Yeah. I dated a lawyer that worked right across the street from those green hexagons (?). Big law firm. A lot of their business was  subsidence problems and construction defects. But just look at that skyline. And the view from one of those buildings isn't half bad either. You can run down 13 flights if the building starts swaying too much
