Panic today. 

Mondays are a big workout. Workout #1 Chest, Delts & Tri's. Halfway through I remembered that I was out of protein powder AND milk. Had to have a can of Bush beans with wieners as a post workout meal. By Golly!! Hmm, what to do for a post meal tomorrow.. This is an outrage!

Although I have never worked officially in the profession, I am a fully licensed personal trainer. I don't know why people cannot just get their shit together and do it all on their own. Sure, there are certain circumstances where a PT is best but in the average case, save your money and do it on your own.
