There's only one good answer to this situation and that is that you have to go EVEN GAYER than they are. So gay that you disgust them with your gay woke filth and they flee, their fart dogs tucked protectively under their arms.

We recently had a barking dog issue in our neighborhood.  While the complainer is now shunned by the neighbors, the rest of us benefitted greatly.

I've seen politeness be taken for weakness, and attempts to escalate from there not taken seriously.  This guy went in hot and heavy on first approach, problem solved.   


Your issue is different, there is an end in sight.  If they're friends of the owner, a friendly word or two may suffice.  Is he there now, or did he leave and let his friends use it while he was gone?

The owners are at home in Maryland due to the wife's extended illness.  Thus they all ok w friends and family to use their beach condo.

The other big problem here is golf carts.  These fools drive the damn things on city streets - including ones with 45mph speed limits.  They let children drive them, which is strictly against the law.  They make Hammy look like a genius.  There will be a golf cart caused massacre one day.

Why wait for 3am.  I'd say play as much as you like as long as you like, all day, with a preference to early am and late into the night.  And around lunch and dinner time.  Open all the windows facing them.

Hopefully they'll complain, ''oh, sorry, I was just tired of hearing the dogs barking - is that going to stop?'' you'll say very pleasantly.

There's a neighborhood somewhere that is hoping these dogs don't return.
