Refreshing experience today. I had a bunch of Toyota SUV rims that I was taking in for scrap metal (I had it with trying to sell crap on Craigslist). When I arrived, the guy I talked to on the phone came out and apologized for not telling me one important thing. A bit of an inconvenience, but more importantly the proactive customer service was so fucking incredible. Most people do not give a fuck.
Later on that group of errands, a Starbucks employee really pissed me off. I went through the drive-in and sat at the order window for at least 3 minutes, probably more like four. So I decide to drive around to the main window. Then, while I'm placing my order the guy stops making my order and starts assisting the person who's at the drive-in ordering speaker thingy. The asshole wasn't there for me, and then interrupts my order instead of acknowledging their presence and asking for a moment. No tip for you!
