Back when I had all those lawns, I would have snubbed my nose at this for sure. Even on the 2.3-acre place still used a push mower with beer sling.

They are changing my shift. 4pm to midnight - Monday thru Wednesday is now noon to 8pm. Still waiting for myself to tell me how I feel about this.

Pros
I have my evenings back and still don't have to get up early.

Cons
From noon to 4 there are a lot of people in that building and there may be much more interaction with.

Way back when [pre-Mrs. Walks] I worked a 4 to Midnight shift for about a year.  Absolutely loved it. Got up about 10AM.  Took care of whatever and then hung out at the apartment's pool with the unemployed dudes.  I wouldn't care for Noon to 8 but I'm not a club guy.  If you are it could work nicely.
