Way back when [pre-Mrs. Walks] I worked a 4 to Midnight shift for about a year. Absolutely loved it. Got up about 10AM. Took care of whatever and then hung out at the apartment's pool with the unemployed dudes. I wouldn't care for Noon to 8 but I'm not a club guy. If you are it could work nicely.
I hear ya. It is a nice shift without any hassles in an all but empty high-rise. Basically the
noon to 4 will be the only iffy part with the remaining 4 hours being a breeze. Only thing that really changes is the likelihood of having to converse with some folks who I would not otherwise have to tolerate in the initial hours, but I'll see. Apparently, I should feel complimented that they want ME there for part of the day! I'm "A-Team"
Either way it's still a really cush gig with zero commute.
