It's leg day and I have to head into the other room and squat an uncomfortable amount of weight for several reps and numerous sets so I'm putting it off and buying time by posting here.

Faaawwwk. How much longer must one partake in this macho bullshit? Can't just be normal and stay reasonably fit like a regular person.

There's a tv commercial that runs constantly about something to do with madicare. It feathers an old white man complaining about not being able to figure out applying.  He seeks help, but he's got his phone to his ear while he's looking at some woman talking to him on his laptop. WTF sense does that make?
