I came across him because he sent a resume to the company I was with at the time. He was either doing web work or database work, definitely computer stuff. I straight-out asked him are you Harry Nilsson's son... Yes. First thing I said was your father was extremely kind to me... Without a pause, he says I wish he was the same to me. One of his cherished treasures was a note that his father wrote him while he was still an infant. The guy misspelled his own baby's name in that note.
I remember one time seeing him in a T-shirt that said something like "My father is a platinum selling, Grammy winner and all I got was this lousy t-shirt."
