Takoda, a black bear at the Oregon Zoo, dies unexpectedly

"Takoda, the youngest black bear at the Oregon Zoo, died Friday from a heart attack while under anesthesia for a routine health check"

It was probably just fine before they messed with it to see if it was fine and thus made it not fine at all.
