Weird that the Sharks would take Price's burden on.  Guess it is a cap thing I don't understand.

They have to remain above the cap floor but want to trade away big contracts to tank for a chance at first overall.
Price's cap hit is 10.5 million but is owed $800,000 in real money.

Oh the floor.   Forgot about that.

Wish the best for Price.  Hopefully he's weaned off the Wild Turkey and can walk pain free.  He's a good of a goaltender as there has ever been.

Davey Johnson - 82

Johnson was treated shamefully by Marge Schott.  Despite having won their division consecutively (94 and 95,) she let him go because she didn’t approve of him living with his girlfriend. They never seemed to recover, and with the exception of the odd NLCS appearance, they've been at best mediocre the last 30 years.

Variety is the first to bite.
They never learn.

On Monday morning, on Stern’s Channel 100 on SiriusXM, it wasn’t Stern who came on the air — it was Andy Cohen who introduced himself and said that the channel going forward will now be known as “Andy 100.”

NEW YORK (AP) — Howard Stern, the popular radio host who gave a massive boost to the nascent satellite radio business when he signed a blockbuster, multimillion dollar contract for SiriusXM almost two decades ago, has abruptly left the company.

Now Variety says he signed a new deal.
He's reading the articles in real time laughing at them.

Not looking good for Charlie Kirk.  Seems like he just got shot in the head or neck while giving a speech.  Gobs of blood.  Don't watch - wish I didn't.

Terry Bradshaw in custody.

Glenn Beck says that Kirk got back alive again and is stable.  Sure looked horrible but good for Kirk.
