I picture you rambling the country side with one of those flat cap thingies, a pipe, a leather knapsack and a hand carved walking stick. Going from hamlet to hamlet speaking wonderous tales and delighting the children with songs of old sung in ancient tongues. A true bard.

I would think the cop would routinely ask if she knew the person who placed the call, and what was their relationship to him? On the other hand, we don't know if it turns out the name given was Vara that it was actually him and not someone trolling him. Oh, what tangled webs we weave! Sigh.

It would make since to me if the police man said varas name, that he's the one who called. Years ago, someone called police to check on me and they asked if I knew them.
