One of my crew has suddenly started saying things like "that's a big 10-4 good buddy" when replying to me from down the hall last week. He's 34 years old    who starts adding the worst of the lexicon at 34?  like he saw Smokey and the fucking Bandit all the sudden    Seriously fucked up.

Nope. Just...out west too.

That's great.  Weather went warm then that long cold snap.  I didn't expect it and was in the middle of moving, did not pack handy warm clothes and then the landlord didn't heat much so I got sick for about a month.  Finally unpacked the warm stuff and weather's getting better.  Oh to be 25 again!

Typewriters, overtyping to block out errors. Typing of the the digits 86 over a word would cover almost any previously typed word. Anything blotted out was "86'd". 

But other say it means "80 miles out and 6 feet under".  But  I prefer  the less violent version..."He has been 86'd from this establishment."
