Not a true SAINT PATRICK's DAY in Philly, South Boston or Savannah in 2021. These cities have cancelled all parades. Philly is still on lock down.
I have celebrated St. Paddy's Day in many locations over the years. The Best place in the world to celebrate St. Patrick's day is Savannah, Georgia.  Their fountains would gush water colored with bright green dye in the parks and squares in Georgia's oldest city. Banks and schools would close on March 17th. People would be dancing in the streets. Savannah has been celebrating St. Patrick's Day with a parade for 197 years. Everyone is IRISH on March 17th. I saw people from all races wearing green wigs, hats and beads. What fun!!!
