Try it for a week Shay. I did and highly recommend it. I ate like Senda. Alternated between horrible, O-ring rending, Elvis-like straining at a stool, grinding horrible constipation to explosive diarrhea so bad I could barely make it to the bowl.  Gained 8 pounds in 7 days. I smelled like Senda. Turned off the A/C and got a great ass sweat going. I looked like Senda. Stopped changing clothes or combing my hair. Got some shirt stains going but kepth the faith and wore it three days in a row. I became Senda. Lost all motivation and drive to accomplish anything. Became lethargic and basically could only lie around.

See how it goes - it is a deeply spiritual experience. You will learn much about yourself. It will change you.........forever.

I have a lot to say about this. @Walks_At_Night  But, I'll save it.  Tell me...How do you know what Senda smells like? 

By the way, I lost all motivation and drive to accomplish anything some time ago.  I guess I'm part Senda.

Went out with @PolkaDot last night to a hocus pocus event where full-grown adults lined up for tarot readings and past life regressions. A very Godless bunch indeed, and I felt like I was at the zoo. There was also drag queen bingo  and it was a disgusting spectacle as they made jokes about getting "closer" to the children.

Polka took some great pictures of the old antique coaches and such. Perhaps she'll post them here.

Well today I got orders to take my expertise (photography) to Yokahoma Japan.  I know that I have not been on since my Father in Law passed.. it is kind of funny because FIL hated Japanese with a passion, well it is 18 months with out family but hubby says he is not going but the kids are over excited, if ZI brink my children that is 36 months
