From the Misunderstood lyrics section, apparently when people hear ROCK The Casbah?  They think they're hearing LOCK The Taskbar, LOCK The Taskbar! 

Yet the song came out in 82!!!  I guess in some roundabout way that speaks to the staying power of that awful song. People are STILL hearing it somewhere.

1.  Grading it on the curve, since it is the 80s, it's a great song.  Maybe because of the subject matter in mocking the Ayatollah.

Which brings up #2.  If someone is mis-hearing that lyric, they have no idea what the song is about.
